In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account on helpslot. 2.2 Philippine Residency. helpslot's services are offered to players who are physically present within the Philippines. 2.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) helpslot Account. 3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all Wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions taken through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such actions result directly from helpslot's own system failures or negligence.
3.4 Account Dormancy. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. helpslot may apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts as notified to you by email. Accounts dormant for thirty-six (36) consecutive months may be closed.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. helpslot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is maintained within the helpslot Account portal.
4.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit on helpslot is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100 (₱100). Specific minimums may vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to two (2) business days. helpslot does not charge withdrawal fees for Philippine players; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge its own fees.
4.4 Own Payment Methods. You may only deposit funds from and withdraw funds to payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
4.5 Withdrawal Limits. helpslot may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as displayed in the Account portal. VIP tier players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. 5.2 One Bonus Per Player. Promotional bonuses on helpslot are offered on a one-per-player basis unless expressly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and is subject to Account termination.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and free spins that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. No compensation will be provided for expired bonuses.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. helpslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to your Account prior to any modification.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. 6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the helpslot Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface or help section. By placing a Wager on any game, you confirm you have read and understood the relevant game rules.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a helpslot game session, all bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes refunded. helpslot's determination of the correct outcome following a technical event is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helpslot Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

8.4 Age Protection. helpslot employs technical and procedural controls to prevent access by persons under the age of 21, in line with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. 9.1 Ownership. All content on the helpslot Platform — including but not limited to the helpslot brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, design, and interface elements — is the property of helpslot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Licence to Use. helpslot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 9.3 Prohibited Use. You may not use the helpslot brand, logo, or any Platform content in any external publication, social media post, or commercial activity without helpslot's prior written consent.
10.1 Service Availability. helpslot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, system failures, and third-party service interruptions may cause temporary unavailability.
10.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, helpslot's total liability to you in connection with any single claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Exclusions. helpslot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if helpslot has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Material changes will be communicated to you via the email address registered to your Account no less than seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the helpslot Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may withdraw your available Balance before the effective date.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the helpslot Platform, you agree to first contact helpslot's support team to seek an informal resolution. helpslot will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 Jurisdiction. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
